- Get 100 g beef, cut into thin strips
- Get 200 g dried egg noodles
- Take 1 small yellow-orange bell peppers, cut into thin strips

- Take 4 tbsp sun flower oil
Steps to make Chinese Beef Chow Mein:
- Combine chopped beef with 1tbs of the sesame oil, corn flour, chili flakes and salt. Mix well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce with sugar and 1tbsp of the sesame oil. Set aside.
- Chop vegetables.
- Heat a wok over a high heat. Add oil and once oil is very hot add vegetables, grated garlic and ginger..Stir -fry for 2 minutes,
- Then add prepared sauce to the fried vegetables,
- Gently combine together and transfer to a plate.
- Reheat the wok. Add oil and when oil is very hot add beef slices. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add fired vegetables to the wok with fried beef.
- Mix all together.
- Cook the noodles in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Then, drain them,
- And fry in 1tbsp of the sesame oil for 3 minutes and set aside.
- Add the noodles to the beef mixture, stir-fry for 3 minutes and toss the mixture. Put on a plate garnish with chopped spring onions and serve it.
