The ingredients needed to make Gobi Manchurian:
- Prepare 1 Cauliflower - medium size
- Take Ching's gobi manchurian masala
- Take 250 g Maida
- Make ready 100 g corn flour
- Prepare 2 Onions
- Make ready 1 capsicum
- Get 4 tea spoons Chilly powder
- Prepare coriander leaves 2-3 sticks
- Take salt
Instructions to make Gobi Manchurian:
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
- In a bowl,mix maida, chilly powder,salt and coriander leaves.Add water and mix it well. Make small balls and deep fry on slow flame and keep it aside.
- Add 25g(4 teaspoons) of Ching's gobi manchurian masala to 250 ml of water and mix well and keep it aside.
- Add two tea spoons of oil in pan, fry it with diced onion and capsicum for couple of minutes.
- Add the manchurian balls and masala mixture which were kept aside to the pan.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
