- Soak the flower buds in hot water with half tsp salt
- Make smooth batter of flour, tsp chilli sauce, black pepper, half tsp salt and garlic powder with water
- Dip the flower in the batter and fry it on high flame in the hot oil
- In other pan, take oil, heat it on medium flame then add cumin and garlic
- Now sautés onion and then add Capsicum along with salt
- Add sauces, ginger and reaming stuff, add cup of water, cover it and cook for 2 mins
- Every time batter is remains in the bowl after frying flower, so add little water in the leftover batter and pour it
- Again cook it one min
- Now serve this crispy manchurian with gravy, sprinkle some spring onions on it
