- Grind the ginger garlic and green chillies together. Keep aside 1 tsp from it.
- Coat the florets with this paste. Add enough salt. Then add 1tsp of cornflour to it
- Heat oil and deep fry the cauliflower till golden brown
- Take it out into an absorbent paper and keep it aside
- In seperate kadai heat 1 tbsp of oil. To this add the chillies garlic and ginger paste. Then chopped onions to it.
- To this add all the sauces sugar &salt. Then add one cup of water
- When it starts boiling add the ajinomotto and the fried cauliflowers and capsicum
- Adjust the flavours then add 1 tsp cornflour mixed with little water and boil till the gravy is glossy. Add lot of spring onion greens. Serve hot with fried rice
