  6. In seperate kadai heat 1 tbsp of oil. To this add the chillies garlic and ginger paste. Then chopped onions to it.
  7. To this add all the sauces sugar &salt. Then add one cup of water
  8. When it starts boiling add the ajinomotto and the fried cauliflowers and capsicum
  9. Adjust the flavours then add 1 tsp cornflour mixed with little water and boil till the gravy is glossy. Add lot of spring onion greens. Serve hot with fried rice
