- Directions for florets: - Boil cauliflower florets in salted water over medium flame for 3-4 minutes. After boiling drain extra water and dry it on tissue paper or any cotton cloth.
- Mix all the ingredients all-purpose flour, corn flour, and Ginger Paste and salt in bowl. Add water as required little by little and stir it to make a batter. Make sure that batter is not too thick or thin.
- Add all florets in batter and mix well. All florets should properly coat in the better, to make a perfect Manchurian.
- Heat oil in frying pan. 6-8 pieces in oil and deep fry over medium flame until they turn golden brown.
- Transfer deep fried florets over paper napkin.
- Directions for Saute Take a fry pan and heat oil. Add Ginger, garlic paste, chopped onions, chopped chillies and capsicum.
- Saute them on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
- Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and salt.
- Stir it continuously and cook it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
- Add deep fried florets.
- Mix it with other in pan and saute for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Transfer it to a plate. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup and chilli sauce.
