- Prepare 1/2 kg Cauliflower
- Prepare 2 tbsp Flour Maida

- Make ready 1 tsp White pepper powder
Steps to make Cauliflower Dry Manchurian:
- Wash and Blanch cauliflower florets in warm water with salt. Drain and add keep aside. Mix the flours, chilli powder, salt and sprinkle some water to make a batter.
- Mix the florets in batter and drop them in hot oil. Fry on low medium flame and fry until crisp. Take out and keep aside.
- Heat a pan with a tsp of oil. Add sliced onion and capsicum. Saut for a minute and then add all the sauces mentioned and the fried cauliflower. Saute everything on a high flame. Sprinkle pepper powder and add chopped spring onion as garnish and serve hot😋.
