- Add water and make apaste of free flowing consistency.
- Dip florets of cauliflower into this paste and fry one by one.
- Keep these fried florets aside.
- Now take another pan, add 2 tbspoons of oil in it. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste in it and cook till light brown.
- Add green chilli and cook. Add soya sauce.
- Add tomato sauce, half spoon salt, half spoon red chilli powder and vineger. Mix well.
- Take a small bowl, take 50 ml water and 1spoon cornflour and mix well. Add this water spoon by spoon in above mixture.
- Add fried florets in it and toss well.
- Add coriander leaves to garnish.
