  20. Take 1 tbsp cournflour

Instructions to make Oats Manchurian Pakodas:
  1. Take a large bowl, add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green chillies, beans, onion, spring onion, ginger and garlic. Give it a good mix.
  2. Now add oats, baking powder, cournflour, salt & coriander leaves. Now add all kinds of sauces & mix everything very well. Now add besan to it and mix everything well again.
  3. If the mixture doesn't come to binding consistency, add little water. Now cover it and leave it as it is for about 15 mins. After 15 mins., again mix everything well.
  4. Heat a kadai and pour oil for frying pakoras. When the oil gets hot, make small balls out of the mixture and fry them till golden brown and crisp..
  5. Serve the pakoras hot with chilli sauce or schezwan sauce…
