Here I have used shredded cabbage mixed with other. Cabbage Manchurian recipe is adopted from the Chinese cuisine to our taste. Here is this recipe I have not used any store bought sauce like soya sauce, tomato ketchup. Steps to make Cabbage manchurian:
  1. Take a medium size cabbage and grate it..! Now add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala in it.add ginger garlic paste and maida and cornflour in it.and bind the mixture gently.
  2. Now make the balls as per the size you want.and deep fry them on medium flame.
  3. Now take a little bit oil in another pan.add finely chopped 9-10 garlic flakes in it. Saute it for few seconds and add chopped onion and capsicum in it.saute the veggies for 2-3 mins.
  4. Now add chopped tomato. Little bit of salt(don't add much salt as we have also added the salt in balls) and black pepper powder in it.
  5. Now add chilli sauce and Soya sauce. Add 1 tsp of sugar in it.
  6. Now add the cornflour mixture in this gravy to make it thick.(Take 2 tbsp of water and add half tsp of cornflour in water).
  7. Now the last step in to add the cabbage balls and mix it well the gravy. Garnish with either spring onions or coriander stems.. serve hot.!
