Steps to make DRY  CABBAGE  MANCHURIAN:
  1. Take a large bowl. Add finely chopped cabbage and 1 grated carrot, corn flour, rice flour, maida, black pepper, red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and salt. Mix it properly. Add little water. Mix it and knead a smooth dough. From that dough. Make a small size cabbage balls. Once it is done. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan. When the oil is hot. Shallow fry the cabbage balls till it cook crispy and golden brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and keep in a tissue paper. Drain the excess oil.
  3. In the same pan. Add little oil. Saute crushed 4 garlic cloves. Also saute 2 tbsp spring onion, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum. Saute it for few minutes. Then add little water. Cook for few minutes. Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Cook for 3 minute. Then add black pepper and salt. Once it is done. Then add fry cabbage balls. Cook till it become gravy. Once it is done.
  4. Transfer to a beautiful plate. Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves. Now it is Ready to serve with Hot Jeera Rice
