  9. Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20mins.
  10. For third layer - Boil water in a sauce pan and add the soaked China grass.Cook till it melts completely.
  11. Add sugar and raw mango syrup. - Mix well. Switch off when sugar dissolves completely.
  12. Pour this mixture over the milk layer and put in the refrigerator for 15-20mins.
  13. Carefully demould and serve.
