  6. Now add Soya sauce,red chilli sauce mix well.
  7. Now add boiled noodles,mix well,cook for few minutes
  8. Noodles Stuffing is ready
  9. Know knead the dough,make balls,roll chapati of medium size cut rectangle from it.
  10. Cut in middle to make two strips, place the two strips overlapping one another as shown.
  11. Put noodles stuffing in the middle portion make cuts to both ends.
  12. The non-cut ends stick over the stuffing.
  13. Now with the cut strips knit the mat like this alternate strips up-down.
  14. Get all the samosas be stuffed.
  15. Heat the oil, deep fry the samosas from both sides on medium flame then low flame till comes crispy.
  16. Deep fry all the samosas.
  17. Mat samosas are ready. Serve with tomato sauce or schezwan Chutney
