- Prepare 1/2 bunch cabbage
- Get gravy
- Take 2 tbsp corn starch
- Get 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Boil hot water in medium pot with tablespoon of canola oil
- Cook for about 10-12 min. Do the pinch and taste test to make sure it's cooked completely
- remove from heat and strain, run cold water to stop the cooking
- heat a wok or large pan, add oil, pinch of garlic and pinch of ginger
- Add noodles & crab, 1tbs of Maggi's soy sauce

- heat wok on medium high, Add canola oil, pinch of garlic and ginger

- Add 2 cups chicken broth, 2 tbs Maggie's soy sauce, 1 tbs sweet soy sauce. stir
- in a separate bowl, mix 2 tbs corn starch and chicken broth
- Add chicken broth and corn starch mix
- let sauce thicken. Pour over noodles once it's a nice thick consistency like gravy. Add siracha if u like a little kick
