- Add chopped onions,ginger and garlic
- Stirr till slight brown
- Add diced capsicum and onions
- Cook till colour changes add soy sauce Vinigern saute
- Add a1.5 cup water
- Add cornflour and water mix well to thicken
- Garnish with white white till
