- Ingredients make sure buy tofu that are for pan fry not those really soft ones. First Minced Pork add in 1 tsp of soya sauce, half a tsp of salt, pepper, sugar. 1 tsp of Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Shaohing Wine Mix well and place aside.

Taste Test if ok and add in Tofu mix carefully. Switch heat off and add spring onions.
