This fried rice recipe is made from leftovers—you know, that surplus of rice that always seems to remain from the batch you made for dinner, or the extra carton that came with your Chinese takeout. When I cook white rice, I always add a little extra for some leftovers because I really love cooking fried rice. It makes every meal more exciting and tasty. - For gravy: put oil in pan add the chopped veggies and satue for 3 mins.. then put Ginger paste add water..when water boils… dissolve corn flour in cold.. and put in the water..now add vinegar/lemon juice, soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt to taste..when the gravy got thick…add the Manchurian balls mix it..then lastly garnish it with fresh chopped Coriander.
- Tips: Jain do not use onion, garlic ginger, carrot…in Regular add all ingredients..you can change the quantity of ingredients according to your taste..in regular you can avoid black pepper powder to lessen spicyness..do try and serve it hot..you can also use only balls as fitters or starter with fresh Coriander chutney and tomato sauce..
