- Rice saf kar ke bhigo dain. Pan mein water dalein 3 tbspn salt few drops vinegar dalein boil eye. rice dalein aur 97-98 % cook ho jye tu strainer mein strain kar lain thanda pani dal ke nikal lain side per rakh dain.
- Egg mein salt and black pepper and 1 tbspn water dal ke beat kar lain aur fry Kar ke pieces kar lain
- Pan mein oil dalein. Onion slices dal ke pink kar lain ginger garlic paste add karein. Chicken dal ke fry karein.
- Jab chicken ka clr change ho jye salt,(salt rice mein b dala ha aur cube mein b hota ha tu utna hi use karein jis se taiz na ho)black pepper chicken cube,carrots add karein thora fry karein.
- Chopped Capsicum, cabbage add karein vinegar b dal dain. 3 minutes stir fry karein
- Rice dalein soya sauce, eggs pieces, spring Onions, Chopped green chillies and chilli sauce dal ke one minute stir fry karein.
- Chinese chicken fried rice ready hyn.
