  3. Heat oil in wok; add chopped garlic cloves and stir-fry until garlic turn a nice brown colour, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add Cabbage, Capsicum and Carrot & cook 1-2 mins.
  5. Then add Salt, White pepper, Chicken Powder and Add rice, scrambled chopped egg to rice mixture
  6. And fold in stir-fry for 1 minute more serve.
  7. Chinese Fried Rice is ready.
