  2. Heat oil in wok; add chopped garlic cloves and stir-fry until garlic turn a nice brown colour, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add Cabbage, Capsicum, matar and Carrot & cook 1-2 mins.
  4. Then add Salt, White pepper, Chicken Powder and Add rice, scrambled chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in; stir-fry for 1 minute more serve.
  5. Chinese Fried Rice is ready.
