- Cut all vegetables
- In a wok,add oil,shreded chicken,mashed eggs carrot,cabbage,capsicum and give it a good mix. Add salt,black pepper crushed,soy sauce,green onion chilli sauce chat masala and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes
- In a bowl add flour,add water and mix well to form a smooth paste
- Take sheets add filling and fold both sides apply flour paste and fold it Prepare the remaining rolls similarly. (we can stored up it in freezer)or fry until crispy and golden
