- In a plate put all purpose flour…….paparika……garam masala……curry powder…….water and make a paste……now take your sliced eggs deep into the flour paste then into hot oil for frying……
- Fry till golden brown set a side………in a pot……fry onion and garlic then add your tomatoes……add a little salt and spices of you may need…….stir…..let it cook well………till tomatoes are soft
- Now add the coated eggs that you had set a side……stir……now garnish with coriander……..and serve…….I like mine with rice.,…..
