Instructions to make Kinder brownies:
- Dice the butter into cubes and break up the chocolate and add into a saucepan and melt slowly and keep stirring. Dont let it stick or it will burn. Leave to cool.
- Preheat oven to 180⁰/ gas mark 4 and get a tray and put baking paper in so the brownie doesn't stick.
- Tip the plain flour and cocoa powder into the sieve and put into bowl.
- In another bowl, put the sugar and the eggs together and whisk on a high speed until thick and creamy this could take around 3-6 mins.
- Pour the cooled chocolate mix into the egg mix and fold in slowly and gently. Do this until dark.
- Add the flour and cocoa powder. The mix will look thick and fudgy but that is good.
- Cook in oven for about 25 mins, when you check it make sure it wobbles a little bit in the middle and then take it out and add chocolates and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Leave to cool slightly when cooked then serve.
