- Now pour milk in the pan and let it come to a boil, reduce the flame, then add saffron and cook until milk reduce 1/4, while stirring in between.
- Now In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of custard powder with about 2 teaspoons of cold milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Now Mix custard mixture in the milk pan and let it cook for 2 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Now add roasted vermicelli in milk and cook for few minutes or until done. Now add sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.
- Now add cardamom powder and all dry fruits and stir. cook for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
