- First crush the vermicelli and add to tawa on low flame fry a little till aroma comes around and colour changes (make sure not to burn)
- Take pan add ghee or oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves sauté a little then gradually add chopped onions turn it to almost golden colour then add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and add a tablespoon of water and leave it for a minute
- Once the tomatoes are soft add all spices then add crushed and fried vermicelli mix well and add water according to the vermicelli as in for one pack add a glass of water and let it steam for 3-4 minutes
- Check it once it’s ready add lemon juice, coriander leaves and tablespoon of ghee
- The yummy vermicelli is ready to serve hot !!!!!!
- Tip of the day: don’t add more water it will turn sticky add accordingly it must me non sticky but soft as it’s better add water accordingly or once check the instructions on the pack given I use it with my idea.
