  2. Heat a pan, add oil and fry white part of the spring onion. Add the veggies one by one frying each for half minute. Add the salt and pepper. Give a quick stir.
  3. Add the drained noodle, chopped spring onion (green part) and stir well. Cook for few minutes and serve with sauce.
