- When the tomato becomes soft, add the tofu and add little bit of water to let the tofu fully cooked
- Last, add the bean sprouts and cover the pan, the steam will make the cooking process faster
- After 2 minutes, remove it from the heat and serve it.
These useful spices can be used to cook so many different meals! Add the bean sprouts by the handful, shaking them dry, so no excess water hits the pan.
