- Clean and cut the lamb/mutton into pieces. - In hot oil on med heat,fry the chopped onion with the jeera seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and curry leaves till onions are done,add the chopped tomato,jeera and dhanya powder, cook for 5 mins, add the masalas,meat pieces and stir.Add the garlic and ginger and let it braise for 5 mins.Add half cup water and cook for 40mins.
- Add the cut potatoes, salt, little more water and cook till potatoes are done.Garnish with dhanya and serve hot.
