- Now in add mutton and garam masala sautee for 5 minutes
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute, now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, crushed coriander and fennel seed and add brown onion paste mix well
- Now add curd and saute till oil floats above
- Now add 2 cup of water and pressure cooked till mutton becom soft and tender
- Open a lid check mutton if its become soft add potatoes cubes in it along with degi mirch. Now cooked till potatoes become soft
- Now saute till oil floats above adjust gravy according to your choice.
- Serve hot with zeera rice and chapati.
