- Prepare Mutton
- Get Chana Daal
- Take Onion Sliced
- Make ready Rice

Instructions to make Aab Ghosht:
- For Chutney:

- Cook until onions are soft and dissolved.
- Now add the chana daal.
- Also add the rice and mix well.
- Also add 2 glass of water and let it cook on low to medium heat. Cook until meat and daal is cooked.
- After 10 minutes add potatoes. And cover it again.
- When it is cooked sprinkle black pepper over it.
- It ready to be served with hot nan
