- Cut onion in slice, put heavy bottom pot on gas with oil + ghee, mix onion + mutton along with salt and mix well then cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes, make sure to stir in between until all water dry out, keep stirring for few more minutes
- Mix grind masala along with half cut potato,turmeric and red chilli powder according to ur taste, stir well untill all masala and mutton mix so well and dries out and aroma and oil comes out
- Add water according to ur need, adjust salt and keep on boil…check potatoes and mutton if they well cooked
