- Take mutton meat
- Get torai
- Get cooking oil
- Take ginger garlic paste
- Take Sliced onions medium

Instructions to make Torai Gosht:
- Take a cooking pot and pour oil in it and fry the onions until translucent then add ginger garlic paste and add meat fry for 2 minutes add turmeric fry for another 20 seconds add 1 cup of water
- Let it cook until meat is tender approximately 45 minutes then later when the water is reduced and meat is tender then add tomatoes salt and red chillies and fry until oil separates.
- Then add washed and cut torai in medium slices and continue cooking it until vegetable is tender and the water dries up
- If not continue frying for 5 minutes more until oil seperates. Add some green chillies and turn of the flame
- Serve it with boil rice and moong masoor daal.
