The ingredients needed to make Palak Ghosht:

  2. Make ready Water
  3. Prepare Spinach
  4. Get Oil

  6. Make ready Green Chillies

  9. Take Coriander Powder
  10. Prepare Crushed Cumin

Instructions to make Palak Ghosht:
  1. In a pot add beef and water, cook until it gets tender. (Add water if required)
  2. In another pot add spinach and 3-4 green chilies, simmer for 08-10 minutes, remove the lid and blend it well. Keep it aside.
  3. In a  pan heat oil, add onion & ginger garlic paste, sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes & cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Add  red chilli powder, coriander powder, roaster crushed cumin, salt, turmeric and 2 green chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add mutton with broth, cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Add spinach mixture, mix it well. Cover the lid and cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium high flame.
  8. Add cream, garam masala, mix it well. Garnish it with green chilies.
