Instructions to make Mutton Pulao:
- Make a Mutton stock Take a cooker and water, mutton and all yakhni ingredients cook until mutton is soft.
- Mutton will done then take a separate pan add ghee and fry oinon till light golden brown add ginger garlic paste and zeera fry then.
- Add mutton and slightly fry. We strains the mutton stock from it's yakhni then add all stock and cook till boil.
- Rice water rinse and add rice in yakhni when water soaked in rice then 15 minutes ka liya dam main rakhy.
- Serve hot with Raita, Kabab
