  2. Take Potato 2 medium
  3. Get Onion 2 medium chopped

Steps to make Mutton Alu:
  1. In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry onions, then add Mutton and garlic ginger paste. Fry it on high heat till the Mutton changed the colour.
  2. Add dry spices again fry it till the Mutton released it's water.
  3. Now add 2 to 3 glasses of water mix it well then give it pressure for 10 to 12 mins.
  4. Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. After 12 mins release the pressure and add potatoes init. If the Mutton is not tender you can give more pressure. Now close the lid and give 2mins more pressure so potatoes become soft.
  5. Off the flame and open the lid you can see the oil on top. Now it's ready to serve. Garnish it with green coriander.
