  4. Then take eggs beat it wit lil red chilli powder and salt
  5. Then take marinated mutton keema,put onion birista,white bread whch have removed frm water,then put 1egg and mix everythng nicely
  6. Then take a pan grease it wit lil oil put the marinated keema and flat it nicely with the palm then on that pour the beaten egg round capsicum and tomato and crackle ghee on it keep the flame on fast jus for 5mins till the upper layer of egg is lil cooked then put the flame on very slow and let it cook for atlst 20mins with the close lid
  7. Please aftr 15mins jus open and hw much it's done
  8. When it's done switch of the gass cut it in toh cake pieces and serve it wit hot chapati
  9. Lagan seekh(mutton seekh)is ready to eat
