  1. Take liver in a ball,marinate with cumin powder,chilli powder,coriander seeds,crushed pepper corns and vinegar.Leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.Add liver fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Cover the liver after 2 minutes and lower the flame.Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Now liver is soft and ready to serve.Put off flame.Add salt,green chillies and coriander leaves.Mix well.
  5. Serve hot with lemon and onion slices.
