  1. Wash the Mutton, in a pressure cooker heat oil and fry onion then add Mutton fry it till the color changed.
  2. Add tomatoes, dry spices and fry it on medium flame.
  3. Let the aroma released then add yoghurt and stir it again.
  4. Now add water, give pressure for 15mins.
  5. After 15 mins when the meat become tender fry it for 5mins let the oil separated. Then garnish it with green coriander and chillis.
