Instructions to make Mutton Gravy:
  1. Marinate the mutton with mustard oil, salt, 2 spoon cuming, 2 spoon coriander, 2 spoon red chilli powder, 1 spoon kashmiri mirch powder and 2 spoon turmeric powder along with yoghurt and keep it over night.
  2. Then while cooking griend half chopped onion and garlic, ginger, tomatoes. Once done add all the left powder spices along with salt.
  3. Then cut the potatoes into 4 pcs. Next in a pressure put mustard oil and fry the potatoes. Then remove the potatoes and add remaining chopped onion and griend masala. Let it cooked for few minutes.
  4. Once masala cooked then add marinated mutton and mixed all. Reduce the flame and let it cooked for half an hour. After that add the chanawater and mix properly. Again keep the flame in low and cooked until water turns to gravy. In middle add ghee. Once done serve with roti, paratha or rice.
