  2. Prepare 1 oinon chopped

  7. Get 2 tbsp Achar Masala
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  12. Get to taste Salt
  13. Prepare 1 cup oil

  17. Get 1 tbsp Achar Masala
  18. Prepare 1/2 lemon juice
Steps to make Achari Ghost (Mutton):
  1. Clean and wash the mutton pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl add mutton, yoghurt,Achar Masala and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in heavy skillet (I used mitti ki handi) add oinon and fry till translucent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Add tomatoes paste and red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well combined.
  6. Add marinated mutton and mix it well.
  7. Add water as required and cover the handi and cook till mutton is tender.
  8. Achar Masala and lemon juice and mix well.
  9. Cut the chilli and fill the prepaid masala.
  10. To the Cooked mutton,add green chilli and little warm water to get your desired consistency.
  11. Add garam masala and dum for 1 minute.
  12. Serve hot with roti or naan.
