- Bowl ma Mutton, yoghurt,red chilli, turmeric powder,salt, ginger garlic paste,black seeds,black pepper powder, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, ghee marinate Kar ke Rakh dain. Kam se Kam aik hour and overnight well be good.
- Aik pan ma oil dalein aur onion ko golden brown Kar lain with whole garam masala.
- Ab marinate Kia mutton add karein cover karein cook on low heat until it's done and water dries.
- Now add tomatoes paste and cook. Jab Pani dry ho jye achy se bhun lain. Meat check kar lain bilkul gal jye
- Add 1 cup water(Mene light se gravy Rakhi is liye water add kia) and green chillies and cover for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Garnish with garam masala powder, coriander leaves, lemon slices Julienne cut ginger,green chillies serve with naan and tandoori roti.
