Instructions to make Mutton karahi:
- In a big heating pan add ghee, salt and mutton. Bhounify for 5 minutes.
- Add water. Cover and cook until meat is tender.
- Dry roast cumin and coriander and grind them into a fine powder.
- Cut all the vegetables and keep aside.
- Add onion and tomatoes. Cover lid again and cook on high flames for 7-8 minutes.
- Now remove tomato skin with the help of tongs.
