  8. Roll tightly and close with corn flour solution.
  9. Prepare other rolls in the same way.
  10. Take 1/4 cup oil in a pan and shallow fry the rolls.
  11. Hit 3tbsp oil in a pan and ginger green chilli paste and chopped onion.
  12. Add coriander powder, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 min.
  13. Add grated cashew nuts and cashew power. Add water as required.
  14. Add salt and gram masala and cook for 2min.
  15. Add grated paneer, 1 tbsp butter and fresh cream.
  16. Cut papad rolls and serve with gravy.
  17. Garnish with paneer and coriander leaves..
