  1. Roughly chop all veggies.saute mushrooms on pan without oil.boil beetroot and green peas
  2. Blend soaked almonds and pumpkin seeds with ginger and lemon juice,green chilli.
  3. In bowl add all veggies. Put blended dressing of almonds.mix well.do not add salt as it is a detox recipe.if you want just add pinch of rock salt.it is a fulfilling salad. amazing taste.it improves metabolism for sure. please do try this recipe.
