- Peel and mash potatoes. Add chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, onions and grated ginger. Add all dry masale and mix well and divide the mixture in 4 parts.

- Keep one ball of potato mixture on bread slice and roll it like a cylinder. Like wise make all the bread rolls.
