  3. Take 1 onion

  9. Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Misal Pav:
  1. Soak matki overnight and remove it from water and place it in warm place. use it after 4 hours when you can see light sprouts.
  2. First take onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and make fine paste of it.
  3. Heat oil and fry above paste in it till it become brown. Add red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala. And mix it. Now add sprouted matki. And saute it for few minutes.
  4. Later add 2 cup of hot water and add salt. Put lid on. Boil it for 4-5 minutes. It may be thin but dont worry.
