  2. Get 200 gms Besan
  3. Get As needed All Spices including Salt
  4. Get 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. Prepare 2 green chillies, little coriander leaves
  6. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic cloves/ paste
  7. Prepare As required Oil for frying
  8. Take 1/2 bread loaf/ 7 bread pieces

Add in the salt, turmeric and cumin seeds. I also add in a pinch of hing (asafoetida). I often make these bread besan toast in breakfast. For this I do preparation upfront.

Instructions to make Bread Roll (In Besan Batter):
  1. In a big bowl put boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste,add all Spices, Salt and make balls and keep aside.Now take one bread piece,dip it in water and squeeze and press, little bit and put mixture of Aloo masala and make Roll,like this make rolls and keep aside.
  2. In a big bowl make Besan Batter by putting salt, Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi and baking soda (1/2tsp)and batter medium thick,pour little hot Oil(1tsp)
  3. In a big Kadai put Oil when heating put, slowly each bread roll in Besan Batter and fry till golden brown.
  4. Lastly serve hot with chutney and sauce.my father special (Daddy ♥️)

I make aloo masala and gram flour batter in night and keep it in fridge. In morning just assemble and toast them on pan. Do try it once and I am sure you will love them 🙂 This besan bread toast tastes almost like bread pakoda. You can even call them non. When the pan becomes medium hot, take the sandwich and dip in the besan batter and coat evenly on both the sides.
