Steps to make Stuffed dinner roll:
  1. For dough
  2. Firstly sieve the refined flour into a bowl and add sugar,salt,instant Yeast,1 tbsp oil into the refind flour.
  3. Further add required luck warm water and knead a soft dough,knead till the dough is soft, smooth and elastic. and also bounces back when pressed. if not, knead another 5 minutes.
  4. Tuck the dough and form to a ball. place in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Also grease the bowl with olive oil to prevent dough from sticking to bowl.
  6. Now cover the bowl tightly with cling wrap or plastic wrap or cotton cloth. And allow to rest and rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.
  7. Now prepare stuffing
  8. Heat oil in a Pan and add chopped onion saute well.
  9. Now add chopped tomatoes and add all spices saute until become saprate oil.
  10. Now add capsicum and grated paneer and mix well.
  11. Prepare stuffing keep cool down completely.
  12. After one hour take dough,Once the dough doubles in volume, punch the dough to release the air and take it out on a dusted surface. Knead it for another 5-10 min.
  13. Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll each part and put some stuffing into it. Fold all the corners and seal all the edges properly.
  14. Place all the stuffed dough balls in a greased baking tray. Cover it and let it rest for second proofing. It will approximately take 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 min.
  15. Give a milk wash to the rolls. You might also like to add chilli flakes on the rolls. Bake them at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
  16. Once done take these out of oven and brush with butter. Serve hot.
