- On the other side, pre-heat the air fryer at 170° C for about 5 minutes.
- Brush the oil on each roll and place it into the air fryer basket and slide the basket inside.
- Set the timer for 15 minutes.
- Open the air fryer in between and turn the rolls and continue cooking until golden brown and crust.
- Serve the hot and crispy bread roll with tomato ketchup.
This is known as a lean dough. The softer and richer the bread, the more fat in the dough. This is known as a rich dough. Unlike chewy bagels, focaccia, and my artisan bread, soft dinner rolls require a rich dough. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean that the dough is swimming in cash.
