- Keep the potato stuffing at the centre in lengthwise and press and cover it nicely and give it a roll shape.
- Similarly make all rolls and keep aside for 15 mins.
- Keep oil for frying and when its nicely hot deep fry the rolls till nice golden in colour.Seeve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup..
