  7. After it doubles, deflate and shape into round balls or ur desired shape and place into ur greased and floured baking pan. Cover to rise for 30mins.
  8. In a pot, put a stand/stones/sand/ salt into it, cover and pre heat for 7 mins on medium heat. When the dough rise, egg wash(I didn't egg wash, u can egg wash if u want a brownish color or u can also remove from pan, turn it upside down and put in the pot for about 2mins. The top will be brown as well).
  9. Place ur baking pan into the pot and cover very well. Bake on a low to medium heat for 20mins.Do not open before then. I always know when it's done from the aroma. U can also insert a toothpick into it, if it comes out clean, then it's ready.
